To maintain the integrity of our services and be able to deliver highest level INSPIRATIONAL training around the world, IM designed below policy to regulate what to expect policy, Payment policy, Retake Policy, Cancelation and Change Policy.

What to expect Policy

IM goal is to deliver the most cost effective INSPIRATIONAL training experience that you will ever see around the world so we clearly stated what to expect policy and who should attend policy for all our offered camps. Please make sure to read it carefully in all our offered camps before taking your final decision. For any clarification please contact IM@InspiredMaster.com

Payment and Refund Policy

All payments must be paid in advance before 60 days of any scheduled camp with the name of the camp attendee and camp date. Secure Payment will be provided through Google Check out mail service via Payment@InspiredMaster.com mail account if it is by invitation camp. Secure Payment will be provided via HTTPS Google Check out service from offered camp webpage if it is open for public camp.

All refunds will be charged back using original payment information and original payment method with in 75 days after the confirmation refund mail.

• FULL REFUND will be made within 75 days if it will be confirmed before 45 days of the camp date. 
• 25% refund will be made within 75 days if it will be confirmed before 30 days of the camp date. 
• NO REFUND for any scheduled camps before 30 days of the camp date.

Cancelation and change Policy

Cancelation requests must be mailed to Payment@InspiredMaster.com declaring its main reasons. You have to receive a confirmation message from our side declaring that we got your cancelation request and your cancelation will be processed with in permitted time window.

Changes can be made any time before 30 days of the scheduled camp date based on the camp’s seats and location availability.

Retake Policy

IM Mentors will do their best to let you pass your CCIE exam in your FIRST attempt. Plus they will support you through Inspired Knowledge Blog to fix all your weaknesses to be able to accomplish your goal as the predesigned plan. Incase if you need to retake your camp, IM will charge you 395US$ which covers CCIE rack access and newer printed camp curriculum. ONLY same individual is allowed to make use of the retake policy according to the first camp payment details.
